Daniel came to my house and took a look at my A/C. What I thought was a little leaking problem was a HUGE problem...and Daniel managed to explain it to me the problem in non-technical terms, wrote me up an estimate for the work to be done, all with a smile on his face. He even made friends with my dog who wouldn't leave his side. Yep, Daniel is a keeper...and so is ClubLocal!

I used ClubLocal for the first time today. Please note that it is a Sunday...and I woke up to my AC not working! I used the handy ClubLocal iPhone app and contacted them. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours. My service pro, Joe, was FANTASTIC. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it right away. I actually told him "I love you" when he told me how much it would cost to fix it! And then, it ended up being even less when he was finished!! This service is a KEEPER!! I have been struggling for years to find a service like this. They do all the work. All companies are background checked, made sure they have licenses and insurance. Also they must have and maintain an "A" rating. Which also includes the company being and the name and picture of the technician. I love the real time tracking - comes in so helpful since I have dogs, lol. I was sent notification each step, even e-mailed a copy of the estimate within minutes and then a final bill. I can't say enough how awesome this service is. This will be my go to service for everything in the future.

I am very happy with the overall experience. From the time I booked till the job was complete, it was all about the my (the customer) needs which is rare these days. I first booked but had to reschedule which wasn't a problem. Then I had an email and phone call keeping me in the loop as to when the electrician would be at my house. The electrician was very polite and got down to business solving my electrical issues quickly. The payment process was easy and I was able to head back to work. I definitely will call Club Local again!

The young man, Terry, who came to our house to replace fluorescent bulbs in our 12 ft. high kitchen was very efficient, very nice and very helpful. We really appreciate ClubLocal for providing this service and the cost was not all that bad. We would highly recommend ClubLocal to our friends and neighbors.
